you could get a job at a local newspaper without a degree... and see what the atmosphere is like. you could even write some articles and submit them to see if they get in. a degree DEFINATELY helps but you can work in a newspaper without one... you have to start at the BOTTOM. and you cant work in the major newspapers without one.. but the minor local ones sure. Or you could just work there while youre trying to get your degree. Ive always said youre an intelligent guy. it would be a shame to waste that brain. I definately think you should go to school.
