Laura told Ashura that that's what it was, and a boy said that lots of people were hurt. Ashura even talked to a child who said she wanted to make people bleed. Ashura was scared that something'd happen to Freckles, Megumi or someone else...

Something happened to Megumi, but she won't say who did it. Maybe because she knows that person didn't mean to, but Ashura still needs to grow stronger in case it ever happens again, or if something even worse happens.
