okay I was irritated watching it but the run dmc part made me laugh, how old is this video btw?

This is from about 10 years ago; is this sort of thing still going on?

I have to say I'm a little surprised some enterprising Black entrepreneur hasn't seized upon the wide-open market of taxis just for Black people. Imagine what would happen if everybody BUT Black men got passed over on the streets.

I looked it up; TV Nation (the show) was originally broadcast on NBC in the summer of 1994, where despite winning an Emmy, it was cancelled, and then moved to FOX in the summer of 1995, where it ended.

So, this would have been shot anywhere from late 1993 to early 1995, given the cold weather in New York.
