Yes, cheers for that. I was tipped-off about the rights acquisition the other day and, as someone who hasn't exactly held back on his views regarding the God-awful K. W. Jeter sequel novels, you'll appreciate how grumpy I was. Video games? Really? As far as I'm concerned, it's just another slur on PKD's memory. (On which topic, I'm due to see The Adjustment Bureau this weekend, having missed last week's previews, and preparing m'self for another slapdash cinematic expansion of a terrific little short story.)
I'm waiting for all of PKD's work to be translated into Venusian whistling speech and brought out as talking books by a Ganemedian slime mould, that'll fox the american video game market!
