You're very kind. Outside of occasional community input, I've largely reverted to the pre-LJ, newsletter-via-e-mail format since the Russian owners made it increasingly difficult for non-account holders to access any part of the LiveJournal site without having to jump through a lot of advertising-riddled hoops first. It's the same sort of "closed-shop" business practice typified by Facebook, of course, so the introduction of in-house games isn't terribly surprising. (These sorts of access problems for people who understandably don't want to set up Paid Accounts have been indirectly responsible for delaying the re-boot of Britannia's Creature. Unless the situation improves dramatically over the next few weeks, I'll be hard-pressed to find positive reasons for lodging the intended content with LJ instead of, say, a new dedicated Blogger or WordPress page.)
Of course. Although I can't promise that the new stuff will look any more like traditional blogging than the old stuff. For one thing, it won't even have any links in it... ;o)
