I almost posted the video myself when I saw it. I'm not much interested in how movies (or TV series) are made so I'm not really familiar with how things are shot, but it indeed surprised me to what extend they use things like green screen.
And regarding the other, very spot on graphic, when I saw a movie yesterday at the theatre and had to endure the shorter warning they show here before they start a movie I was very close to shouting something along the lines "I paid for a ticket to see a movie and not to have to read this shit". I feel the moment I'll say it out loud is getting closer.
One aspect missing from that graphical line-up of unwanted, "unskippable", and unwarranted DVD elements (at least with some UK Region 2 releases) is a direct pinch from the theatrical movie-going experience: irrelevant product advertisements. Specifically, and most recently, ones for Maltesers chocolates (http://www.maltesers.co.uk). As if product placement in films wasn't bad enough, presumably we're now expected to pause the DVD, and rush out to buy chocolate malted snack food, because - yes - I'm obviously at my most gullible and vulnerable when fuming with rage. *Rolls eyes.*
