Oh, it's just that whole "transition/realization" thing kicking in for her:

"Omigod! Print is dying! Everything's digital! No more books! It's the 1950s and I'm about to be replaced by a robot! Short-term contracts for librarians! Tear down the library walls and put up a self-service booth! Dogs and cats...living together."

She'll settle down when she figures out that early retirement and forced redundancy are good things. In the end.
