The detail I missed when I posted the trailer, and that's visible on the poster, is the release date for "The Book of Eli": January. I know it's a US holiday weekend, but you don't release movies starring Denzel Washington in January. In January you release movies like ... "Underworld" sequels. ;)

*Laughs.* Weird, isn't it? Maybe they're just not sure what to do with a slightly more philosophical take on Mad Max?

Also, I clearly fail at LiveJournal, since I thought I'd fixed the settings to allow comments through sans screening.
