I had another dentist appointment today. The first part of it was just a cleaning, and then they sent me over to a different chair for some drilling and filling. The assistant wedged my jaw open with a strangely-shaped block of rubber, and proceeded to affix a variety of clamps and rubber dams and such to my teeth. She anointed my gums with foul
