I just walk all around my development. The entire circumference, and then some, which included two very steep hills which greatly winded me. Yeesh. It is sooo nice out, I couldn't let this opportunity pass. I don't really feel like doing much of anything now as I am completely worn out, but it was still worth it ( Read more... )

I forgot to mention, that I walked the 1.5 miles around my development last night. It was nice. Kind of peaceful, and slightly nippy ... that is until I made my way from the bottom of Birch Ave to the top. That's a major incline. I was thoroughly winded and extremely warm by the time I got to the top. It felt awesome. I've started exercising more, ( Read more... )
