As to if there has been any change, Ishida, it depends on what or who specifically you're asking about. Overall, the City is still the same sort of distasteful place as you left it, though. Comforting, isn't it?

A glance at shop calendar tells me it's been three months. As disorienting as it is to know that three months passed in what was a few minutes for myself, I would appreciate a sum of the relevant that has transpired in that time.

I'm sure Kuchiki-san is capable of deducing what I might find important. Terribly.
