This was great. I always enjoyed Ana and Eko's friendship on the show, and you portray it really well here. My favorites:

he murmurs prayers that’ll never get through her thick skin.

This sounds just like Ana's voice. And this:

she ignores the voice inside condemning her.

Cleanliness is just a state of mind -- Her sins will never wash away.

Made me remember why I loved Ana.
