This is so achy and beautifully written. It totally gave me a different perspective on the beginning of s6. I was so wrapped up in how angry I was about those happy dharma times being over, I never thought of the upset our gang's arrival caused for the temple folks.

To me, those three years during which the Oceanic 6 were gone is Cindy's "Dharma-times." Obviously, she's grown comfortable with the lifestyle and was probably very happy with it, but as soon as they show up, it all comes tumbling down and she's once again at the mercy of fate.
