It's an unusual footprint, roughly triangular in shape with toes ending along a straight line. There's a pronounced arch but virtually no trace of indent along the flexor-to-transverse head line at the base of the toes.

I imagine in deep muck there would be some "backfill" over that base-of-the-toes line, but while there's "runnels' defining the seperation of toes, there's no "backfill" mound at the toe-base line.

I'm not saying they're fake, it's just hard to picture how they would come out that way, unless this single photo featured (the others are too long a shot to examine in detail) is somehow unique.
