It's good the Governmebt of Canada is ready to pay the survivors, but the effects of the tragedy won't be forgotten for dozens of years. Anyway, Canada does admit disgraceful acts that the U.S. is not ready to apologize for, if even to admit. It's widely known the very same has been done in the U.S.

Yeah, I guess admitance of past errors is one step forward. I think the Australians had done the same thing as well.
