WELL OBVIOUSLY YOU EAT THE GENIE AND THE LAMP SO ANOTHER GENIE CAN'T GET INTO THE LAMP LIKE A HERMIT CRAB.

Not sure why anyone would would eat a genie, I guess because you could eat it is tempting to the same group of people who like to defy gravity.
