Ooh! You read it and liked it; I'm glad. Hearing what you have to say about it, I'll definitely have to pick up his first one sometime soon.

*blushes* I'm slightly worried by the responsibilty - how will I be able to keep it up? :P I mean, big books tend to take more than a couple of hours, which is the utter maximum I can devote to them without missing out on sleep, and some of the stuff on my reading list - namely Frankenstein and Seamus Heaney's translation of Beowulf - are fairly low on pages but make up for it in density of language. I just won't be able to fdo them justice at this rather frantic-seeming pace... :P:P:P
