What about that one we reviewed for The Third Level? I can't remember the title. You liked it more than I did.

There's also Dull Boy by Sarah Cross if you haven't read that one yet. I didn't think it did anything fantastic, but I didn't think it screwed up either. It was a quick, easy read.

I feel like the one we reviewed for T3L was Hero, but I don't remember, and it looks like the Quiver archives don't go back all the way, so I can't look it up.

I will add Dull Boy to my to-read list! Thanks.

It was not Hero! It was definitely adult.

Found it. Those Who Walk in Darkness by John Ridley.

THAT'S WHAT IT WAS!! I was writing this list up and was like, "I know there's a book I read with a character named Soledad and I cannot remember what it was. Thank you! Will add to my list.
