By all means be my friend. I think I'm going to write some more - I have the next few scenes in mind. So far, I've really been using LJ to follow Trennels - oh no, I feel myself being sucked in to journaling, fanfic and everything...

Very entertaining- i'm starting to see the possibility of Patrick and Tim in a bizarre sort pf alliance, but almost feel sorry for the Marlows

(Only very minor quibble is that I thought Nick had decided not to know about the horses so that it wouldn't hurt so badly if/when Rowan failed and had to sell them again - but then again, she could easily have changed her mind.)

ouch - yes, I am afraid there will be some mistakes, as I don't know Run Away Home that well, though at least I now have a copy, and Attic Term I only ever read once from the library.

I'm not sure Nick could bring herself to ignore the horses forever though.

Goodness! I'd always imagined a scene where Miranda visits Trennels and meets Patrick, but this is surprisingly excellent.
