Yep, that's what they call it, but damn it, it's time for Karma to STOP BEING A BITCH to YOU!! Oh, hon, you've had just a terrible stretch of challenges and obstacles. You amaze me with your strength, b/c I think 9 out of 10 people who'd had to face what you have recently would be talking in backward sentences and running amok naked wielding sporks. Or something. {{MASSIVE COMFORTING HUGS}} The thing with the residency assignment? So, so bloody UNFAIR. The ordeal your poor pup has been through? My god. Bless her heart. I'm crossing all my fingers and toes and hoping hard and sending out petitions to the Universe and praying to the *kind* and loving Higher Power I believe in that the treatment will hold and your dog won't have to go through surgery and a painful, extended recovery. May her pain disappear and liveliness return, and may YOU get some much needed rest and good luck and pleasant surprises and small miracles and all the GOOD THINGS you surely deserve. Hang in there!

I mean, yeah, Karma's a bitch... but that only applies when you've got Karma Back Taxes that you owe... I mean, this just ain't right. And whoever told you the wrong date for that assignment should have their hip dislocated. I know I know, do no harm yadda yadda....but seriously...

I hope your pup's ok, and I hope Karma gets the stick out of her ass.
