trying something

I am still not done formatting the piece. Just throwing up short stories that turned into longer pieces, but I don't know where to go next. But when I am traveling, I can make notes on it and the sort. Feel free to give ideas, because I am coming up short.

This is a long piece so read when incredibley bored or curious.

Nicely done. Excellent way to break the silence. :)

I figured it would be a piece of cake throwing up my writing on livejournal, before I bail for Spain at the beginning of Jan. Well, all the writing that I never finished. Figure if I have it online, I can duck into a web-cafe whenever I feel the incredible need to return to a piece.

I'm a fool! What's HTML? Why does nothing look like I want? Ggggrrrr...

Thanks for reading it though. Really didn't expect anyone too.

Hehe...HTML is pretty easy - just take a few minutes to figure out how to do the formatting and you'll be very pleased. :) It is easy as long as you remember to close all of your tags.

Have a lovely time in Spain - wish I were there. Cheers!

I have only half an hour of library internet time per day, which isn't enough to read stories but damn it I am frustrated because I want to finish this!!

If I give you my address, will you mail me stuff?

Be warned that this story isn't done. I don't know how many people do this, but I wrote it in a trance like state (sounds silly/strange, but that is how I write), woke up because a flash card popped into my brain saying 'Critical Overload! Page Limitation has been reached'. Seriously, I looked up at the computer screen and was like "Twenty pages!" Save. Done. Now can't seem to get back to it.

I think everyone writes in that state. At least, I know I do -- I have piles of unfinished stories sitting around on my hard drive because I can't get my brain back into the same groove. And then there are those ones you force yourself to finish, where it sounds like the second half was written by someone else...or the ones that have an uneven lump in the middle where you started writing again after an absence and it took you a couple of paragraphs to re-trance-ify.

Anyway. I guess what I mean to say is, Thanks for sending it!
