I suspect it's a bit different than writing fiction, but it is a milestone! And when it is published and available, I'm sure the two of you will be as excited as I was when my first one was finally published.

I have no experience of publishing fiction, which I'm sure must be very different - sending your own characters out there into the world. However this is certainly a lot more exciting than the kind of stuff I usually publish for work! :}

Heh, you'd better start saving up then! Sadly the book will have a typical academic cover price which means you'll have to take out a mortgage to afford a copy :}
