Now I'm starting to wonder if J.K. Rowling has a secret love of Naval History. Not only do we have this "Fudge" thing, but "Scrimgeour", aka the Midshipman Mylodon's been reading about, was also used in Harry Potter.

Anyway, cool and weird find!
