A familiar scene?

Here's a scene that might have been familiar to Archie Kennedy - Drury Lane Theatre in the early 19th century. Actually this charming image is dated 1808, so sadly it's a little late for poor Archie, but I'm sure it would have been a familiar scene.

Wow. I can picture him, in later years taking a trip there, and coming home to tell Bartholomew and Horatio all about it. If he went out to eat, I bet he brought B a chop home. (Did they have doggie bags then? If not he could have used his hankie.

I just picture Archie and Horatio watch the lovely Miss Kitty Cobham on stage and then meet her afterwards for a drink and a chat and a threesome.
