Back from deepest darkest Devon

I’m just home from an immensely fun trip to Exeter with the lovely nodbear where we spent three days at Devon Records Office going through the Pellew archive with a fine tooth comb. Needless to say we were in our element and discovered all sorts of little gems which we’ll be spamming you with for months to come. The archive proved to be so entertaining ( Read more... )

Splendiferous indeed! It was a perfect afternoon for rugby, the weather was lovely and it was a good game. I may have rather startled some of the Exeter fans by shouting at Glasgow though :}

I'm afraid we almost disgraced ourselves, but I'm sure you won't be at all surprised to hear that ;)

I'll try and get some more of the photos up later in the week, and then we can start sharing all the delightful bits and pieces we discovered :)

We did indeed have most excellent adventures :) Teignmouth is a very picturesque little seaside town, so it wasn't hard to take pretty pics. It's just a shame that it started chucking it down!

We had a lovely time. If you're ever visiting the SW of England I can recommend a visit to Teignmouth, it's a lovely little seaside town. It's very picturesque but still has a working harbour, which is always good to see.
