It's going on my B'Day wish list, which I might end up ordering myself.

Not sure if I'll be able to get it here in the US. If I can't, maybe I'll work out a deal to send a few copies of my book in exchange...

Haynes do have an American branch but this doesn't appear on the site yet. As far as I know it was only published in the UK recently so perhaps it's not out in the US yet. Let me know if you have trouble getting ahold of a copy.
