It is astonishing how much marching gets done in the Navy. (USN, and apparently everyone else too.) Really pretty weird as you cannot march on a ship!

But they are so pretty. Maybe that is reason enough.

(Do you think 'Ahoy, Admiral,' is the next step up from 'Hello Sailor'?)

Lol! You've mentioned the marching before! When you stop and think about it, it is a rather odd thing for the navy to do. You're right though, they are very pretty :)

Do you think 'Ahoy, Admiral,' is the next step up from 'Hello Sailor'?
*groan* If it is, it's a very big step! What about the poor mids, lieutenants, commanders and captains in between?!

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!
*whinges*
This is so unfair!

It sure sounded like the event of the world...To see the movie in this surrounding....and to see such a lot of pretty navy boys!

I am seriously beginning to suspect that the NMS is staffed entirely by AoS fangirls and boys!
:DDDDDDDDDDDDD

'Ahoy, Admiral,' is the next step up from 'Hello Sailor'?
*nods delightedly*

I mean come on, seriously, that event had to be organised by and for fangirls and boys! XD

The film was shown in the same auditorium as the lectures and it had a pretty decent sized screen. It must have been fabulous!
