[A pained look adorned Kida's face as he struggled to keep focus on his current surroundings. It was a look he hardly showed to others, since he always preferred to show his playful side to everyone. The few times a serious face would come out was usually due to painful reminiscences of his prior days as a Yellow Scarf. This time, however, was different. It wasn't a painful memory affecting him, no. It was more of... a side-effect? Or a soon-to-be sickness? Whatever it was, it definitely affecting him. Maybe this was that disease he had learned about when he found the orb...
Dizziness, however, began taking its toll on him, which made it harder to remember what the orb had showed him. He suddenly lost all strength in him to continue walking to his room. A grunt left his lips, as he tried focusing ahead of him. He was so close to his room. So close. Just a few more steps...]
[If he's about to lose his balance, then this would be Dino stepping in to catch him just in time. If not, either way, he'll be reaching out with both hands to keep him steady, support him, because it's painfully obvious that it looks like Kida wouldn't be able to handle another step. Still, the smile on his face is hard to miss, but it's laced with concern in every corner.]
Take it easy.
[He starts, brows knitted together by just a bit. This is starting to become a problem, he thinks; how fast is the progression of this thing anyway?]
I don't think you should be moving around too much- you need a hand getting to your room?

[The blond immediately stiffened, and turned his head to stare up at whoever it was that provided support. His motive would have been useful, but seeing was becoming more of a challenge, and it took a few seconds for Kida to distinguish where the others face was. He was even beginning to think that he had begun hallucinating, but the firm grasp of the others hands keeping him steady was preventing him from believing that idea.
Frustration now on his face, he furrowed his own brows, before replying to the offer.]
Yeah... I don't think I would have lasted those next few steps.

[The frustration is hard to miss. Dino picks up on it almost immediately, and he can't help but wear a small smile on his face. He can only imagine what it's like, but with the ever present threat of this sickness' presence hanging around them like a fog, he wonders when he'll be next -
A morbid thought. It's something he shakes out of his mind so quickly.
But still, the smile stays in place, and he's gesturing at the direction behind him.]
Maybe they have something to help with that at the infirmary. Do you want to stop by quickly?

[he glanced up to the other, wondering if he had heard correctly. After the sudden dizziness had hit him, he figured resting would be the best way of dealing with it. But if there was an infirmary, then maybe it would be a good idea to head there first and see what they had to say.
He needed to get better; for their sake. He needed to find a way to stop the disease from killing the ones he cared about. Anri... Mikado... even Saki. The Slasher would have to wait.]

[Dino shifts the angle of his body, making it so that he can motion for Kida to follow him - but not yet. Right now, he nods his head and glances at the direction they'll be heading.]
It's easy to miss if you aren't looking for it; they didn't really bother putting up any signs to make it more noticeable, but . . .
[He has to ask. And the last part is said mostly in jest, but there's a serious undertone to it, too.]
Do you think you can walk? I don't mind carrying you if you can't.

[A small smile curls at his lips at that. Curiosity got the better of him though, and he began wondering exactly how far off it was. He was wondering if he'd be able to make it; he was still feeling a bit woozy, and his strength had yet to return.
[a grin formed at his lips suddenly. Sure he's not feeling well, but hey. it can't hurt to crack a joke every now and again, right?]
Oh my...! We hardly know each other and you're already trying to win my heart over!~ What would Anri say if she found out I was cheating on her!
