The other day at the gym I did farmer's walks, among other things. This is a pretty simple functional exercise: hold something heavy in each hand. Walk around with it. Sound like anything you do

My wrists began to ache just from watching the farmer's walk demo. The clanging of the drums didn't help either. ::giggles:: It's no wonder Mr. Pedia is retreating from his grocery bag carrying duties. I'd be intimidated, too.

That guy in the video is just a beast. I can't imagine how much he's holding up there. Probably twice what I did the other day.

I made Mr P giggle by picking him up and carrying him across the house the other day. He tells me that it doesn't count until I carry him, the two dogs, *and* the two cats all at once.
