Sadly, a lot of the X-Files sites have gone down also. I saved what I could on my hard drive, but I didn't have the skills to save entire sites.

This is where the West Wing fandom impresses me. Archives were vanishing, and they got organized and saved them. I'm sorry to hear it's happening to X-Files fandom.

I'll say one thing for Fanfiction.net: it's stable.

Being somewhat new to the fandom, this was my concern. Getting invested in a pairing only to watch it disappear slowly.

PS - I don't have any issues hosting Buffy/Giles things on my site as well as my own if you want me to.
