Wonderful stuff. I love Vanity and Pride ... but I was positively giddy when I saw Suzie was in the last one! And she was 100% Suzie.

It was an interesting choice to center these on Owen, but it works so well. The interactions between Tosh and Owen and Suzie and Owen were great with tons of juicy subtext.

The focus on Owen wasn't something I planned on at first, but after two, maybe three, I decided to have a bit of fun. Getting Owen into some of them (*cough envy cough*) was harder than others.

Suzie doesn't get near enough fic-love. Was strongly tempted to make that a full-on Suzie/Owen bodice-ripper but decided to quit with the teaser.

I love Suzie passionately. When they resurrected her, I was so excited ... and then they killed her again. I love pre-series fics that involve Suzie because I always wanted to know more about TW during that time period.

Getting Owen into some of them (*cough envy cough*) was harder than others.

Ha! But considering what you gave us there ... not complaining at all!

They Keep Killing Suzie is probably my second favourite TW episode, closely following KKBB (which is much better and much, much more chilling after watching Exit Wounds a few times). For a character with very limited screen time, Suzie had a lot of depth and a lot of complexity, as well as being a real evil genius and a great foil for Gwen.

And, um, Suzie/Owen? Uh, yeah. That was fun to write.

Thank you!

I really like doing little suites of ficlets and/or drabbles on a centered theme...I've done the stages of dressage, the seven ages of Man from the Shakespeare play As You Like It, and now these. If you have an idea, prompt me!

Very nice! I especially like Lust.

(Psst. Vanity is another name for Pride. What about Sloth?

D'oh!

Nuts, I always mess one of them up. Oops.

Suzie definitely seemed like a dirty martini kind of girl.

Sorry. :)

You write her perfectly! I adore Suzie, so it's always great to see her featured in fic.

Don't feel oblivious, it was unintentional! Although I did see it, now that you mention it.

I love the smell of golden copal. Lovely and rich without being over the top, like frankincense can be.
