[the feed quality is very poor, riddled with static noise and what sounds like quick footsteps, but shouta is speaking louder to accommodate for the sketchy abilities of the network under stress.]

Power failure caused it to reverted to default settings. It cannot connect to central database for current commands. An oversight.
