[lightning's only been here a day and boy has she been restless. she still isn't convinced about how time and space has been twisted, that cocoon is gone, not because of the fal'cie but because of a blasted virus, but instead of jabbing at the uncertain, she decided it'd be easier and more productive to do get her beacon back in shape and be able to go back to eden and to save--

whoever's in the library would hear a staircase get pummeled by her boots as she runs down them. she speeds out of the room and opens a voice transmission as she reaches the hallway, heart pounding like she couldn't believe.

Whoa, I guess we just found Light! You'll have to ask Serah, she's navigation, I just go where she tells me to.

[ serah's face brightens visibly at the reply that sounds through the NEXUS, more than relieved that her sister was here-- safe. taking a brief look around their surroundings from her perch, she attempts to recall the map she'd seen a little earlier when she'd been trying to record. ]

-- we're outside 'West Central' on the Third Floor... I think.

Stay right there. I will go to you.

[it's all she says before breaking into a sprint, knowing the exact way to the station, the path fresh in her mind. she doesn't understand how serah isn't a giant piece of crystal, how she's talking to her (but she can tell she isn't an illusion; that expression couldn't have been dysley again), or how she isn't a cie'th. how snow isn't cie'th--

she wonders, shifting into another hallway, might it have to do that he arrived a day later than she did even if he should have been right behind her when she touched the beacon?
