Aha, so I wasn't the only one seeing Prowl in Singapore! It really didn't help that a police car with the characters for "police" (the written characters being identical in Japanese and Chinese) was the very first vehicle I saw in the film.

Seriously, I think it was a deliberate teasing of the G1 fans. And on my next viewing I'mma have to look out for that possible-Jazz....

I thought that scene was set in China...

I need to get the dvd now, just so I can freeze frame it and squee/giggle/build up fannish hopes.

Hmmm, in the prequel comic books they buried Jazz at sea. No, Prowl wasn't in the movie, but he was in the prequel books. And even had lines.

The prequel books being the pre-2007 movie comics or something that came out in between that movie and this one?

These are prequels for ROTF. There's a novel and two graphic novels.

Loved these two fics and i never noticed the white car *berates herself for not noticing it repeatedly* I'm gonna have to look out for that one too next time i watch it. And I can't believe it didn't dawn on me either about the police car *thwaps head with back of hand*
Anyway back to the fic at hand, i liked them both and now gonna have to go back and re-read the. lol ^_^
