Medical diagnosis fail

Six weeks ago, my Mum had a nasty fall, face first into concrete. She badly fractured her left arm, shattering the end of the bone near the elbow and has a plate and 8 or so screws and there are still little bits of bone floating around. She also had a lot of other bruising. At the hospital, she told the attending doctor that her right arm also

I'm glad it's sorted now, but very disappointing that you all had to go through that. Seriously bad form medics!

Actually, even if they do the tests and tell you it's a sprain, keep being pushy, because it could well be a bone in eight pieces. Just saying ...

Get well, Ant's mum! Sue those doctors! Settle for something comfortable without being extoritionate! Take a holiday with the cash!
