I...came here by coincidence as I hunted down KagaKuro doujins, as someone linked your LJ in a forum I frequent and ah, I'm the OP of one of the kink meme fills that you did, the KagaKuro one, and I just wanted to drop by a note and give you my fondest thanks for writing it.

...and then I read the rest of the fics here and I'm kinda basking in happiness and you like GinZura! That makes me so ridiculously happy. I'd had read that fic you wrote before (and loved it), and I didn't know it was you until now.

Haha hi there~ I'm happy to finally meet the thinker of such an inspiring prompt - honestly, the moment I read it, I thought, "Man, this is *right* up my alley...I might really be able to do this." I had fun playing with various pairings that I totally forgot to state at the top (like Kiyoshi/Hyuuga, the unhappy MidoKiseTakao love triangle and Himuro/Kagami), but ultimately I hoped I was able to bring the KagaKuro home cleanly.

Haha I'm glad you enjoyed the rest too! I'll probably be staying in the KuroBasu fandom for a while. GinZura, on the other hand, is a little more difficult for me to come up with inspiration for... >.<;;;

Er, I just saw your additions for the bottom!Kagami fill and I just wanna say it is AMAZING and my God, I love it so much. AkaKaga is like one of my 'guilty pleasure' pairs, and you wrote them beautifully. I had shivers reading it.

Akashi/Kagami sort of pings something me I can't quite put my finger on, but your lines, like this:

From the moment he had seen Kuroko’s now ‘light’, standing tall and proud, not a shred of uncertainty in his posture, he had wanted this. Wanted to bring him down, wanted to claim him. Give him the Emperor’s own benediction.

and this

Kagami offering himself up (like a knight to a king, or a sacrifice to a God whispered the seductive thought)

Really, really blew me away and sent this this little shivery chill up my spine, because I think that captures so much of Akashi...and how he sees Kagami and it's...augh! It's mindblowing. And Akashi feeling safe in Kagami's arms...and him always getting what he wants...

I thought the KuroKaga was rather believable, and...I really liked the insight in Kuroko, of what he feels for Kagami and his own doubts of being forgotten, and Kagami just sort of...overwhelming him with his...Kagami-ness. Kagami is the best. XD

Haha I'm so glad someone likes my headcanon!Akashi...I was (and still am) kind of iffy if I nailed him correctly. It'll probably take a couple more tries (and a couple more kinkmeme fills?). I really like the thought of those two together, though...Kagami somehow being challenged to give more to suit Akashi's demand, and Akashi learning, slowly, that Kagami won't leave him, Kagami will be faithful as long as Akashi is faithful to him too...I think they would have a great deal to learn from each other
