How many kids does Tsuna have?? I counted four. So tsuna decided to name his daughter kyoko? He married an italian then?

This explains it. 6 kids, actually.

He named his daughter Kyoko because Sasagawa Kyoko, his first wife, dies in some accident (or at least, in this imaginary world I came up with). He marries Kyoko first, and then when she died he married Haru.
