Heart brushes are hard to find! Took me forever to find the one for this icon, and it really needed it. ;) Anyway, Kiss My Pixels has some really cute brushes, and a bunch of hearts. There are hearts in the Amore, Valentine, and Doodles sets. I don't think they're the ones anr used, but they might be useful to you.

I can't remember where I got the heart brush from exactly, but I do recall that I found it by simply googling "photoshop heart brush". Probably not very helpful now though. :(
