Very hot and sweet at the same time. Love the way Clark knows something's off about Bruce right away, and how he picks up on the subtle cues, and does it for Lois, too (nice touch that Clark will get her a cappucino later).

Whew! And Clark's description of just WHAT he plans to do to Bruce is hawtness itself! :)

Sex-pollen really is the gift that keeps on giving, isn't it?

Oh, I'm so glad that aspect of Clark rang true for you! Of the two of them, he's the one I've character-studied the least. I'm definitely still finding my bearings in writing him, so it's wonderfully reassuring to hear I've got at least part of him right.

Clark is not only observant (the Bat isn't the only one who sees things!) but it's his essential sweetness and consideration of others that always gets me, so the little touch of planning to get Lois some cappucino made me coo! :)

You also mentioned that Clark liked the 'old' Bruce (in control) and while I'm sure he had fun with the out-of-control Bruce, it points up how he likes the abrasive, snarking personalities (why else would he fit so well with either Bruce or Lois, who are very much alike?). :)

I love how Clark and Bruce can read each other so well, and seeing an out of control barely containing himself Bruce is always nice. Then of course there was the pure hotness factor of this fic!

I could write whole novels exploring Bruce Wayne's control issues, to be honest. They're one of my favorite parts about him, so of course I'm going to take any opportunity I can to poke them with a stick and see what happens.
