well, you need a code first:

body *{
*background-image: url*(http://www.yourimagesitehere.com/yourimage.jpg)* !important;
}

DELETE ALL THE STARS! LoL. If you need more help you can go to LJ Designs, I go there all the time for help, they're SO nice. :o) Good luck with your LJ! <3
