So I pitched my bill last night at Willkie's council for the Willkie Library that I run. I asked for $1300.00 for DVDs for the collection and they decided to vote on it that night. I told them I would be ok with a partial grant of the money, so they voted on it... and it PASSED. I just scored $1300.00 worth of supplies for my library. I'm
