I feel like I've missed a ton of things/events in the past couple of months. I vaguely remember seeing something about a Library, I don't even know who won the SSHG Awards (belated congrats, btw) my own House, Ravenclaw's, Awards, etc. :( (belated congrats there to those winners and the very hard workers who helped Ravenclaw win the Cup

Go to that link I posted to read the rules and see the categories. Then go to your favorite stories (mine) and click "Nominate" then select the category you want to nominate it for (humour). :P I believe we have all month to nominate.

The "library" thing you saw was probably my post about the_new_library coming back. It's a place for new and underappreciated authors/fics. I've found some excellent stories there.
