Quick question, how do characters become staffers in game? Are they just assigned to that role when they arrive or do they have to ask for work or something?

They're assigned staffer when they arrived; shoved into a dark room and thrown out with very little instruction. We're currently working on a post expanding on the jobs you can use to play with in your little sandbox. We apologize that this hasn't been done sooner ♥

Okay, I'm looking at the "Multiples" bit here.

So Axis Powers Hetalia, y'know that webcomic-thingy with the countries and whatnot? Yep, that one! Is it possible to have America the country and America the colony here at the same time? There's a significant difference in the two, as one is "LOYAL TO ENGLAND OMG ILU" and the other being "FUCK YEAH I'M INDEPENDENT". So not only is there a big personality rift but there's also a huge time gap, baby => big person thing, and, well, the who self-governing-or-still-under-English-Parliament bit.

We can't imagine why this wouldn't work. From our understanding, anything outside the WWI/II-era is not really shown in the comic's 'canon' and yet colonial times could be argued to be canon ANYWAY simply by virtue of international history.

So, have at you ♥

Future apper here with a question miracle_mar September 29 2009, 20:36:09 UTC
This is probably a very common question, but I can't help asking. I'm also not sure if I should ask this here since there's also an Inquiries post, but...

Concerning language barriers... ARE there any?

Oh, did it slip our minds? HOW SILLY OF US ♥ We will add this to the FAQ post-haste. For now, there are NO language barriers, unless your character figures out that they're speaking another language against their will, seeks out the alphabet of their original language (should it even exist on this little backwater planet), and purposely writes in that fashion. They can also talk in their original language...if they focus VERY VERY hard.

Possible applicant here with a question that's already been semi-answered but checking just in case!

I'm thinking of apping young Ciel Phantomhive from Kuroshitsuji (from before he became a bitchy shouta). Would that be possible since his personality is so different from how he is in the present canon?

Aw, but a bitchy shouta being tormented by fangirls would be so amusing ♥

If there have been enough flashbacks in canon to display enough of his personality from that time, go ahead!

Ohhhh would it ever. >3 I'd die of glee if a present canon Ciel and Sebastian show up too.

Combining the anime and the manga, I think there just might be enough. Thank you very much!

Quick question.

I app'd Kinomoto Touya already, but was wondering, since there isn't much [i.e. any discernable] difference between manga!Touya and animu!Touya, even if I app'd him as manga, could I combine both? Or, should I be accepted, keep him as solely manga?

Having a combination is just fine ♥

Sorry for the late reply!
