Read any good self help, Philosophy/Spirituality or Psychology books lately? Or share your favorites?

One book I read recently that I thought was so good I had to buy it the same week; Man's Search For Meaning (Viktor Frankl). It's a fascinating read, I recommend it to everyone who's struggling with their place in life/existence.

Toxic Parents, by Susan Forward, would be a big favourite of mine. And it's available on PDF somewhere.

speaking of books, what's the most depressing, gut wrenching book(s) you've ever read? but you would read again (because sometimes you just need to cry over a book)

Jojo Moyes' Me Before You wasn't depressing, per se, but it did suckerpunch me in the feels. Lou's situation of feeling hopeless and like she'd never amount to anything really hit close to home, too, so it made me cry a few times.
