As It Goes, Yo, As It Goes...

Woke up to a sickeningly bad headache. Not migrainey just sinusy and so, so not cool.  I took a long hot shower and now am drinking coffee in the hopes that it will start to dissipate.  Ugh. Eleven hours of work ahead of me.  This is not going to be fun.

The Daily Show's website is being annoying too as I try to watch The Daily Show from last night ( Read more... )

I'm loving it! And hoping it turns out half as nice as some of the ones I've seen on Ravelry.

The quilt fabrics are making me so happy. Let's hope I can make a quilt that shows them off!

And Isabel says she is so above all this silly human stuff.

IT DOES! It breeds evilly.

I finally ended up sleeping the headache off last night which suuuucked. Well, not the sleeping part but the all day part.

I hope the sweater turns out! I've never done anything half so complicated before!

KITTY!

Also, KNITTING!

(Knitting and I are on a break until I can manage to get over not being able to do more than 2 inches of k2 p2 ribbing without frakking it up, but I have not given up!)

Ooooh, I remember that feeling. It gets better, I promise! I ended up getting through that period by making a k4, p4 square blanket while at our cottage one summer. It's full of mistakes, but by the time I was done, I had it down.

And now it lives in my work drawer for days when I am le cold. And I rarely admit to making it. *cough*
