Scottish accents are so lovely. I told him to go get a book and just record himself reading it to me. I melt. My melting is made all the worse by him being a genuinely nice guy. He received many e-mails from me during the Tom debacle in which I sounded like a manic lunatic. And he gave me things to think about without directing my thoughts too much. He's just a fantastic person. And he reminds me of James Callis when he's all scruffy and Baltar-ish. I would so break my no-man-zone rules for Scott.

I haven't watched Emmerdale in years! It is a long running soap opera about a small farming community in Northern England and was originally called Emmerdale Farm. I think it's been going for something like thirty years.

I had trouble with a Scottish accent tonight. I had a phone call from the satellite TV company and it was difficult to work out what the woman was saying...
