A elderly neighbor called me in a panic after dinner. She said that the kid was out there with his dog and that another elderly lady had fallen down and he was trying to pull her off the ground. I rushed out there because this kid has no sense at all. You can't just yank an old lady off the ground once she's fallen. Luckily she wasn't injured. After we had her sorted out and established that she had fallen on her own and was not knocked over by his dog (who is now leashed, thanks to my complaining), the kid looked at me and said, "Oh, you're the lady I got into the argument with." I told me that I was. He apologized again and again and again. And then said that he had his dog leashed and showed it to me. I thanked him for that and suggested he continue to keep his dog leashed while in the city limits or until he can control her with a voice command
