does this blender bottle fit in your cup holder in your car? Rob's been dying to find something that he can fit his hand blender into, but that still fits in a cup holder. I think this might get him to forgo needing the hand blender!

It does fit in my car cup holder. There are two sizes--a 20oz and a 28oz, I think. I got the 20oz one because it holds the 2 cups of skim milk I need and a scoop of the protein powder I use. As long as I put the protein powder on top of the milk, the little doo-dad blends it pretty well. However, it it was anything that actually needs to be blended up like fruit or whatever, then the doo-dad wouldn't be helpful.

I started making smoothies for me and my husband a few months ago: milk, ice, protein powder, frozen fruit. Freeze 'em and then let thaw when desired.

I didn't know they could be frozen and retain their goodness. I'll have to try that out.
