I know! Complete joy for that show.

P.S. I'm going to finish your vid, just overwhelmed with a couple other deadlines right now. But I'm excited to get to vid them!

Love them! I really do need to start TVD S2, I hear that's better than S1.

I can vouch for The Walking Dead and Twin Peaks being made of awesomekittens, if you're ever in the mood you certainly should see them both! :)

Oh I've LOVED Twin Peaks so far but I stopped watching in S1 and forgot where I left off. I need to finish some current shows first but I do want to get that finished this year. And I am going to tackle TWD at some point.

Would you recommend starting P&R from S1? Is it ~essential that you watch in order? Someone else on my flist compared it to The Office, in that S2 > S1, so I was just wondering what your thoughts were :) I keep meaning to give it a chance though, so that'll be my resolution for January, ha.

edited to include the actual question, lmfao. Oh, boy.

This is my official stance on that: Watch the pilot of Parks and Rec. If you hate it and don't want to watch anymore, skip to S2 and just like The Office (completely apt comparison), it gets WAY better, they figure out the characters and it starts on a great episode. Then go back to S1 once you love everyone. But if you can, stick with S1 as you do miss some backstory and character stuff. It's not all bad, they just haven't figured out the characters yet (especially Leslie-like Michael) and it doesn't have as much heart and love for them. It's much drier in a comedic sense and not as funny.

Basically, watch Parks & Rec no matter how you do it because it's soooo worth it.
