Actually, there was one girl on Tumblr who was a big fan of the Romulan Commander and made the most AMAZING graphics (you may have seen the Star Trek birth control thing floating around), but unfortunately she deleted her account a while ago.
If that girl was scarlettohara, I think (after reading way too many of the posts on fuckyeahromulanwhore) that they're the same person? But there are probably multiple awesome graphics-making people. I'm just so thrilled this tumblr exists!
Haha, I know, right? If you read the blog chronologically, her escalating disbelief at how many followers it has is also hilarious.
Um, I may have created a Tumblr account this morning just so I could follow this. Or because encountering a tumblr blog I liked this much made me notice other potentially likable things about this system. IDK, we'll see. It appears to have some fun potential.
Far be it from me to suggest fic ideas to others when I'm finishing my own at a rate of one story per never, but if you decided to write a series of Glitterverse ficlets and one of them included the Romulan Commander, I postulate that you will be immediately nominated for the Booker Prize, and they will bend the rules just to let you win.
(I still need to figure out how I am going to dress my Romulan Commander doll. Current thought is THE DRESS, but I also want the minidress/uniform with the thigh-high boots that were totes left over from "Mirror, Mirror" you know?)
She needs both outfits, clearly! I have some great magenta wool fabric, but it lacks the requisite black nubby parts. Hmm. Ideas? (Note: "take up weaving" is logical answer, but possibly inefficient.)
